By creating an account or using SentimentAI you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
2. Service
SentimentAI provides AI-assisted data labeling. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to use the service.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to process unlawful content, attempt to circumvent security measures, or resell the service without written permission.
5. Credits & Payments
Credits are prepaid and non-refundable except where required by law. Credits do not expire. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Data
You retain ownership of files you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them to provide the service. We do not train models on your data without explicit consent.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data. By using the service you agree to those practices.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris.
