Data We Collect
Email address, hashed password, usage logs (which models were called, how many labels, costs), and files you upload for labeling.
How We Use It
To provide and improve the service, send transactional emails (password reset, verification), and calculate billing. We do not sell your data.
File Uploads
Files are stored on our servers to display them in the app and pass their content to AI providers for labeling. Files are deleted when you delete the item or project.
AI Providers
Text content and files are sent to HuggingFace and/or OpenRouter for classification. Their privacy policies apply to data processed by their models.
Data Retention
Your data is retained until you delete it or request erasure. Usage logs are retained for 12 months for billing and fraud prevention.
Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, export, and erase your data. Use the export and delete functions in Account Settings, or email contact@wattsfor.ai.
Cookies
We set one HTTP-only session cookie for authentication. No tracking or advertising cookies.
Security
Passwords are hashed with scrypt. Sessions use HS256 signed tokens. Data is transmitted over HTTPS.
